Our mission is to support local artists and to promote Maldon as a vibrant arts hub and arts tourism destination. 

The Maldon Artists Network was established in 2012 when a group of artists began meeting to share their creative ideas and knowledge.  This collaborative process saw the establishment of many successful arts projects including: Art Walks, the biennial Maldon Portrait Prize, a mural project, local studio openings, workshops for practising artists, pop up exhibitions in shop windows and the staging of the Maldon in Winter Art Exhibition in partnership with Maldon INC.
